Unable to transfer data to Komatsu's iMC construction equipment.

Issue

Construction history data of Komatsu's ICT construction equipment is not reflected
Design data is not reflected.

Answer/Cause

1) Data transfer of SL3 file is not possible.
2）Design data file cannot be transferred.
3）Data transfer is not possible for a person whose organization is different from that of the target site.
4) Authorization setting is not set to Super Admin.

Explanation/How to deal

The following settings are required for data transfer

1) Transferring SL3 file data

• Follow the procedure below (see attached video).
• Select the construction equipment mark.
• Click the target construction equipment.
• Select transfer File
• Select the SL3 file to be transferred.
• Choose the machine to which the file is to be transferred.
• Click the approver who transfers the file to the machine.

2) Design data file transfer

Follow the procedure below (see attached video)

• Select design data.
• Choose the file to be transferred to the construction machine.
• Select file transfer to construction machine.
• Select approver to send the file.

3) A person in the same organization performs data transfer

    Please attention that a person in the same organization should transfer the data.

4) Only Super Admin can transfer files to the construction machine.

   Please set the permission setting of Group Setting in the Portal Site to "Super Admin" and transfer the file to the construction machine.
