We are pleased to announce the release of the Smart Construction Dashboard periodic update with the following dates and details.
No | Type | Function | Description |
1 | New Feature | Data layer | Colors can now be set for each registered as-built data, making it easier to keep track of project progress. Please see below for detail |
2 | Bug fix | Data layer | When a linework design file was clamped to the base map, it would remain visible on the map even after it was disabled. This has been corrected so that it can be correctly hidden. |
3 | Bug fix | Data layer |
Annotations could not be created from design data by selecting lines or surfaces in the design data. This has been corrected so that annotations can be created from the design data correctly. |
*The Cumulative as-built feature that was mentioned in the release notes prior to the revision has been removed because it is a prior release for the Japanese market. We will provide further information.

New function | Measurement | Gradient settings to be applied to the measurement heatmap now allow you to prepare presets and share them with project members. Attention Example |
2 |
Others | Data layer |
The following changes have been made to the way design files are displayed. When a project is displayed for the first time, only the target design data is initially displayed, and the design data can be selected at the user's discretion. This will reduce the time required to display the topography when the application is launched. The initial display will be hidden except for the design data set as the target data. The display information set arbitrarily will be displayed according to the settings from the second time onward. |
3 |
Others | Data layer | When data registration failed, users could not download the files that could not be registered. This time, we have corrected the problem so that users can download files that failed to register. |
4 |
Bug fixes |
Data layer | When creating 3D cross sections, design files under a group could not be selected. This has been corrected so that the files can be selected correctly. |
5 |
Bug fixes |
Measurement | When hovering the mouse cursor over an As-built with individual color settings, different colors were sometimes incorrectly displayed. Corrected to display correctly. |

1. For the display of as built on the 3D map, it is now possible to set the normal and highlighted display colours as desired
Abstract
- There are two types of display colors for as built in Smart Construction Dashboard: (1) the normal display color and (2) the highlight display color. This time, improvements have been made to both (1) and (2).
- (1) the normal display color: Previously, the display color on the 3D map was specified according to the type of as built (manual import, automatic linkage from ICT construction equipment, automatic linkage from 3DMG). With this modification, users can now set the display color for each type as they wish.
-
(2) the highlight display color: the highlight color on the 3D map when the mouse hovers over the relevant as-built item on the data layer or timeline can now also be set as desired.
-
*The function released on 3 April was a function to change the display color for (2) highlighting in as built. In that case, the user had to select an individual as built in Data layers and then set the highlight color for it. In this update, the individual setting screens have been eliminated and a button has been installed for setting directly from the data layer
