Error message

When opening Smart Construction Dashboard you get the following error message where a 3D view would be:

Solution

1. Update your browser

Please make sure that you're using the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. If your browser is not up to date, please update it and refresh the tab with Smart Construction Dashboard.

2. Update your WebGL plugin

Go to https://get.webgl.org/ and check if there is a spinning cube on your screen. 

If there is no spinning cube please follow the guide on the WebGL site to update your browser.

3. Update your drivers

Please update your graphics and system drivers. If you are not able to update your drivers please contact your companies IT responsible to update them.
