Issue
How to user Guided breakline tool.
Answer
Please refer to the explanations below.
Explanation
To help with the collection of annotations, the Guided breakline collection mode allows to easily select breaklines/ stockpiles in the dataset.
How to use Guided breakline collection mode
1. Select the annotation type you would like to create. In this example, we are creating a polygon annotation.
2. Select the Guided breakline (1) option.
The guided breakline requires you to enter two points to define the Direction (A), point spacing (B), and grade (C) that will be used to automatically collect additional points.
3. Typically, along a ridge line, or at the bottom of a stockpile.
Collect the first point (1) and collect the second point (2).
4. After the second point is collected, the application will determine additional points with similar grades and add them to the line. When the polygon is finished use the right mouse button to confirm.
You can edit the collected points as needed. (1) Click Save to save your new polygon annotation. (2)
