There are two steps to display point cloud data: (1) importing (uploading) point cloud data and (2) displaying
the imported point cloud data on the viewer (tiling).

When design data is created in LandXML format with a specific tool, a supplementary outline may
be created for the drawing. Viewing this data on Smart Construction Dashboard could incorrectly
create borders for secondary perimeters.

6_<Bug fixing>
When importing DTM/DSM data from the continental United States using Propeller Inc.'s
Propeller, the type of Geoid used did not match, and the height could not be read correctly.
