Issue

Machine construction history data (Asbuilt) are not reflected on the project site

Status update not completed

Typical causes

1) Machine configuration is not complete.

2) Target and preconstruction have not been completed on the project site.

3) Machine is starting work outside the project site area.

4) Project site status is not updated, status does not change

If the above items do not apply and the cause is unknown, please contact the Support Center with the site name or URL, etc.

2) If no target and preconstruction data is established at the project site, the As-built data will not reflect on the job site.

3) As-built data will not be reflected if work was performed outside of the set target data area.

4)  If the status bar is blue, it indicates that data is being updated.
 When all data has finished loading, the status bar will turn green.
