What happens to the as-built captured in the afternoon?
- Captured within the prior 24 hours.
Example below if you were to set the Daily Sync time to 11:30 am:
- If the sync time is 11:30a, user will have AM data and the data from the previous evening after 11:30a.
- Afternoon data of that day will be reflected on the following day at 11:30a sync.
What happens if the machine shuts down early (before sync time)?
- If the machine shuts down early, they will have the data for the time period the machine was operated.
- Data uploads to the As-built server every 3 seconds and keeps on adding till the machine operation is complete. The reason we sync once a day is to get the proper amount of As-built data the machine has operated in a day.
Is the as-built data captured on the IMC machine lost if the machine is not powered on when the synchronization time passes?
- Machine never loses any data as long as the sl3 file is registered and data starts saving on the server.
Is the as-built data that would be transferred to the Dashboard project stored on the machine until next synchronization?
- It is stored on the As-built server.
What can be done in the case where the machine does not have cellular / internet connection to the server?
- The data saves in the machine memory and sends it to server once it receives a connection.
Must this data be downloaded/saved manually from the machine?
- No, it’s not downloadable from the machine. It must be processed through the server.
