Aeropoints (AP) issues are usually caused by a few things:
- No hotspot connection. Recommendation is to use the AP app on your phone and then connect to the AP and see when it transmits. The Aeropoints guide is linked >here<. The link also has a spot to download the app. The way for the AP to auto connect is to have mobile hotspot named: propeller with the password: propeller.
- Poor cellular connectivity. Solution - try uploading again with better cellular connectivity.
- Low battery. Solution - place the APs in the sun or charge (only for V2) the AP with the charger cable provided. Transmitting data requires a lot of battery so placing them in the sun for a couple of hours and try to upload again. You can trigger uploading by simply turning the Aeropoints on and then off. This will cause the AP to look for a mobile connection.
- Aeropoints were not turned on.
