This transfer is completed in a few easy steps through either My Komatsu or the Dashboard application. First, log in to https://smartconstruction.mykomatsu.komatsu/ and select “My subscription".
1. Select 'Manage Jobsites'. This will open a new page.
2. In your site list, choose or search to locate the site you'd like to transfer. Then click the site name to open.
3. After selecting your site, click the 3-dot icon to the right and Select Site Transfer.
2. Fill out the required fields and click "Site Transfer". The person you've transferred the site to will receive an email and they will just need to follow the steps in the email to complete the transfer.
*Alternatively, you can also reach the site settings directly from the Dashboard app/site by clicking the person icon in the top-right corner and selecting "Access SC Portal List".
