Once your project is created in Dashboard, you will need to link it to Propeller. This will involve creating the project in Propeller.
While on your site page in Dashboard, on the left-hand panel, click the button near the bottom with a box and arrow coming out of it (right above the PDF button). Then select, “Load in Propeller. This will load a new tab in Propeller.
-
- Select “Create a New Site”.
- Once the page loads, the name should auto-populate with the same name used in Dashboard (don’t change it).
- Under “Choose an Industry”, select Construction and click “Next”.
- In the location field, plug in the same address you used when setting up the jobsite in Dashboard, and click “Next”.
- To set up the site’s coordinate system, depending on your Dashboard site settings, either select the “Local Grid System”, or set it based on an EPSG code by selecting "Published system".
- It will then populate with all the Calibration details. Make sure to confirm it matches the same information in your jobsite. Typically used is US Survey Foot but can occasionally be International Foot, etc. Then click the Next button.
- Invite any people you'd like to have access and complete the setup. Invites will be sent to the emails you specify, and the users will need to accept the invite.
- Once complete, your new site will be created, and it will be linked to the one in Dashboard. Feel free to close this page.
