As-built data not reflected on site

Issue

Machine construction history data (As-built) is not reflected on the project site.

Typical causes

1) Machine configuration is not complete.

2) Target and preconstruction have not been completed on the project site.

3) Machine is starting work outside the project site area.

4) Data upload is not complete.

If the above items do not apply and the cause is unknown, please contact the Support Center with the site name or URL, etc.

Machine Configuration not complete

1) Check that the necessary settings have been completed on the construction equipment side.

Target and/or preconstruction not complete

2) If no target and preconstruction data is established at the project site, the As-built data will not reflect on the job site.
The status of the settings can be checked from the following tab keys.

・How to set up preconstruction data.

Working outside of project area

3) As-built data will not be reflected if work was performed outside of the set target data area.

What's the range of AsBuilt data acquisition?

Data upload is not complete

4)  If the status bar is blue, it indicates that data is being updated.
 When all data has finished loading, the status bar will turn green.

If the update is not complete after a few hours, please contact our support team.
