We are pleased to announce the release of the Smart Construction Dashboard periodic update with the following dates and details.
| No | Type | Function | Description |
| 1 | Enhancement | Project settings | In the Progress Heatmap and Progress Management Table, progress and completion rates could appear lower than the actual construction status when the elevation difference between the target design surface and the pre-construction terrain was minimal. To improve this behavior, a project-level Completion Threshold setting has been added. Elevation differences within the specified threshold are now considered complete, allowing progress rates to more accurately reflect the actual construction status. |
| 2 | Enhancement | Data layer | A new Source file information menu has been added to survey data layers. This menu opens a dialog where user can review file properties such as the coordinate system, file size, file format, and coordinate extent. For layers created from multiple source files, you can switch between tabs to view the details of each file. Individual files can also be downloaded directly from the dialog. Additional Notes • Supported file formats include LAS / LAZ, CSV, DXF, TIFF / GeoTIFF, and LandXML. The information displayed varies by file format and may include details such as point count, coordinate extent, GSD, and version information. • This feature is available only for files newly uploaded after this release. Because metadata was not stored for existing layers uploaded before the release, the menu will appear disabled for those layers. |
| 3 | Bug fix | Data layer | An issue was fixed where DXF design data containing both 3D and 2D design elements could be registered in a corrupted state during import. To prevent this issue, an error message is now displayed when attempting to import unsupported DXF design data of this type. |
| 4 | Bug fix | Project | An issue was fixed where the initial 3D Map view in certain projects could be positioned below ground level, resulting in a black screen. The initial camera position has been improved to ensure the 3D Map is displayed at an appropriate height when a project is opened. |
