How to customize the annotation information

Introduction

This article provides a detailed explanation on how to set up the annotation information you have created to customize it.

You can customize annotation to your liking.

Procedures and Explanation

Each annotation can be edited by clicking the edit icon (pencil button) after 【"2"selecting the annotation.】


 

Name change

Click 【"1"Name】 to change it.

Change Color/Transparency
Click on the 【"2"】 to change the color and transparency of the enclosed area.

Notes

【"3"Notes】 is used to share information with relevant parties.

The following functions are available only for "Polygon" and "Construction area". 

Materials

Click 【"1" Material】 and【"2"select the material or click pencil button】 to edit.

 

2) In the edit display, select "Volume" or "Area" from the 【"2" Type】 section.

*Perform the soil volume calculation after selecting the soil type.

*This is used for cost calculation at the time of measurement, etc.

*Since Dashborad viewers (jobsite staff) can view this information, please be careful when entering the unit price.

*It is recommended that the ID be an arbitrary number, etc.

〔Volume〕
Soil volume measurement will be reflected in the results according to the soil type.


[Area]
Enter a unit price and measure the area, and the cost according to the unit price will be reflected in the measurement results.

Preset Function
After saving the changed threshold and color settings【"1", "2"】, click the 【"3" Preset】 when displaying other measurement results to reflect the saved settings.

Exporting annotations in KML format
Applicable annotations: Markings, line segments, polygons, arrows
You can export the following annotations created in a jobsite project in KML format.
When creating annotations, if you set the transparency before exporting, the KML file cannot be clamped due to technical limitations, so please set a color before exporting.

Click the three-dot menu, then click “Export KML.”



Example use case
By importing the exported data into a drone flight plan, you can create a plan without losing track of the flight area.
You can import the KML data and attach it to the terrain.

Annotation export function
You can export annotation areas created in a jobsite project as DXF data.
 
Applicable annotations: Markings, line segments, polygons, arrows, text input

Export result: If multiple annotations are selected for a single export, they will be exported as one combined file.

1. From the “Annotations and Measurements” tab, click the “Export Annotation File” button.
2. On the displayed screen, a list of created annotations appears. Select the annotations you want to export, then click the “Export” button.
*By default, annotations that are currently shown are selected, and annotations that are hidden are not selected.
