For the drone:
1. Unbox and charge the drone and Aeropoints.
2. Register the DJI Care Warranty immediately after turning it on – This is of paramount importance. If the drone is activated (turned on) and the warranty isn’t registered within 72 hours you have to go through a video recording process before you can get the warranty registered.
*If you don't receive the code to register the warranty, let us know ASAP and we can request the code.
3. You will need to create a DJI Account - this can be done on the controller or at https://fly-safe.dji.com/home.
*You can create one and share it if you have multiple pilots or individual accounts.
4. Install the RTK module on the drone and update the firmware on the controller and drone. A couple of help articles below:

5. Register the drone with the FAA to get the airframe number. This will need to be label printed and put on the aircraft. https://www.faa.gov/uas/getting_started/register_drone.
6. Register the Aeropoints with Propeller. If you are unable to register online, please send us a Support email with your Aeropoint serial numbers and we will get them registered for you.
*The serial number is an alphanumeric that is printed on the solar panel.
